Can you customise headwear with our logo?

Yes! We provide flat and 3D embroidery options to all customers on all headwear styles. Our headwear factory is one of the best embroidery in the world. They are approved to manufacturer for Ferrari, Asics, McDonald’s North America and Walt Disney. To ensure world best embroidery with amazing details we use fine needles.

Screen printing is also available, our headwear screen printer is also world class and can deliver amazing detail on small logos.

What is the most commonly used decoration method?

Embroidery is the most used decoration method used on cap front and back

For small fine detail sponsor logos we recommend screen printing.

What is better – embroidery or screen printing?

It depends on the look and finish you’re trying to achieve.

Traditionally embroidery is the preferred method. More authentic and provides the classic look.  For incredible detail we recommend screen printing or digital transfers.

Can you send us a mock-up of what our hat would look like?

Yes! We offer free artwork concepts. We provide free pre-production samples with embroidery included.

Are there any artwork set up fees?

No, we don’t have set-up fees for our embroidery or screen printed logos.

What sizes are available?

Velcro fastening system ensures one size fits most. Samples can be sent upon request to view product quality and fabric colours.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, this baseball cap is made to order in custom colours with custom logos. There is a minimum order quantity of 50 units for first order.

Step 1 we send generic sample with colour charts.

Step 2 we create free artwork concepts including logos for approval.
