One of our Red Oak apparel gurus is Angela.
She’s been with us for nearly 10 years and her day is jam-packed. She’s always thinking about new ways to create better products for our clients’ and their events.
Typical Day for Angela
Angela’s day begins before she is even in the office.
Her creativity often strikes in the evenings when she frequently comes up with new and on-trend design ideas.
The following day when she first arrives into the office, she checks her emails and responds to anything urgent, but as soon as she gets a chance, she puts pen to paper to start design briefs for those concepts that were on her mind the night before.
From beginning to end, it’s a team effort, with plenty of people making the ideas for our custom apparel and teamwear come to life and ensuring our products are high-quality and delivered to you on time.
Typically, Angela will meet with Red Oak’s Managing Director most mornings to bounce ideas around on new concepts.
How Ange Helps Red Oak’s Customers
Ange enters her most creative design mode mid-morning where she heads to the drawing board to create something new and fresh that hasn’t been done before.
In the afternoon she reaches out to new customers to share the creative concepts and enlighten them about what she envisages for their custom apparel and merchandise.
The designs are then reviewed and sent to the customers for their consideration.
Our team, including Ange, also maintain daily contact with our overseas factory partners, to discuss and negotiate product, price and logistics solutions.
Ange also provides a production planner to clients and sends them calendar invitations for the production milestones, to ensure deadlines aren’t missed and their order stays on track.
“I’m incredibly passionate about what I do. I genuinely care about the clients I have the opportunity to work with. I want to help them create amazing products for their events,” says Angela.
