Custom Promotional Clothing
One Deadly Step, a division of NSW Health, was looking to incentivise indigenous communities to promote screening and early detection of chronic diseases.
Red Oak was successful at tendering for the job to create custom apparel and merchandise for those individuals who participated in the program and undertook a screening.
Our creative concepts, well priced product solutions and ability to meet the tight design and production lead times without sacrificing quality meant we were the ideal partner for this project which included the creation of:
Needing 3,500 units of each product to be designed, manufactured and delivered within 30 days – a huge feat – Red Oak Teamwear went above and beyond, working closely with our factory and transport partners to identify cost competitive solutions to ensure everything was delivered on time and within budget!

Design Your Own Indigenous Merchandise
On larger ordersover 500 units, we recommend starting the process 3 – 4-months before the product is required. This allows us to offer more competitive pricing to you, by using sea freight rates. However, we can work with tighter timelines if required – and will do everything in our power to make it as cost effective and practical as possible.
Our in-house designers will take your colours, logo, artwork and brief, bringing them all together to create your custom design.
In this instance our designers created 4 design options and went through 9 variations before finalising the design that the organisation was happy to send to print.
