Steps to Ordering from Red Oak
If you look at our planner, you will notice the first column asks: When do you need delivery?
We ask this because it is easiest to work backwards from this month, to ensure there’s enough time to complete each part of the process and that your delivery doesn’t arrive late.
The dates in the remaining columns of the planner show when the other parts of the process need to be completed by.
- Design deadline – have your design finalised and signed off as approved
- Sample sign off – receive a sample of your garment and sign off on the final look and print
- Production PO – have your purchase order completed and sent to Red Oak
- Receive delivery – all merch will be delivered to you by this date
